Project
The company ED Group realised this successful project between 2007 and 2008. Apartment house Bořivojova is situated in a calm area of Praha 3 at Bořivojova street. In display menu were flat units 1+kk and 2+kk before reconstruction, commercial spaces and new flat units 2,5-roomed flats and 3,5-roomed flats.
As a part of reconstruction communal spaces were repaired, ascending water and waste pipe lines were exchanged, new wiring was installed, facade was reconstructed and elevator was built. Then there was complete exchange of roof, where in 6th and 7th floor were built new flat units with spectacular view on Prague. In the project’s surroundings are civic amenities and good traffic connection to the centre.
