Project
The company ED Group realised this unique project between 2007 and 2008. Residence Pechlátova presents above standard type of living. The project rose on the land at Pechlátova street, calm area surrounded by greenery. In object there are nineteen flat units with space arrangement from 1.5-roomed flats to 4.5-roomed flats with terraces and balconies. For realisation there were chosen above standard and solid materials.
Undoubted advantage is Radlická underground station in the immediate vicinity and complete civic amenities. Families with children appreciate playground and elementary school situated near the project. Sport fans may use swimming pool, sport ground and tennis courts.
