Project
We completed the Pod Bertramkou Residence project in U Vojanky Street in Prague 5 in 2012. The complex consists of two buildings connected by a corridor. For this project, we chose a plot on a gentle slope, making it ideal for terraced construction.
To give the project a unique feel, the architects employed an uncommon façade made of sheet metal. There are 21 residential units on 7 floors, with configurations ranging from 2 + kitchenette to 4 + kitchenette, all with a terrace or a garden with views of the nearby park. The location with full civic amenities also has excellent transport links to the city.
