Project
With a sunny southwest exposure, the building plots in the southern part of Stodůlky in Prague 13 are intended for family homes. A total of 39 new plots with an area ranging from 422 m2 to 870 m2 have been staked out. They are fully equipped with utility lines and new roads with public lighting, which should ensure good transport accessibility. The main access road is located on the eastern edge of the area and is designed as a residential street with maximum protection for pedestrians. The area is structured as a downward funnel, the natural centre of which is occupied by the "Řepora" open-air museum with mature greenery and water surfaces.
